Auscultation of the heart and lungs and musculoskeletal palpation and range of motion assessment.

Multiple Pet Exam | 10mins extra per pet | $12.50

The same exam as comprehensive physical exam for every pet brought in on the same business day. Does not have to be the same apt time although we prefer that. After the first pet regular exam fee is paid, each additional pet will be $12 instead of $25.

Technician Appointment | $5

A brief appointment that does not require a physical exam can be done by the technician. Determined case by case basis.

**Toe Nail Trims

Level 1: < 5mins  | $8

The pet sits still and allows one or two people to calmly trim the nails.

Level 2: 5 - 10mins | $12

The pet requires more time to allow a calm toe nail trim and may need some reassurance. Extra time will be allowed for gentle training and calming techniques.

Level 3: 10mins + | $15

The pet has a high level of fear, anxiety or stress surrounding the toe nail trim and will require more than 2 people and more time to allow the procedure. We may need several attempts to complete all 4 paws and all toe-nails.

Ear cleanings

**Preventative Maintenance | $10

No active infection is present. Goal is to prevent infection.

VIP Medical Cleaning of infected ear(s) | $18

Active ear infection is present so the canals must have the infectious material cleaned out. This procedure includes a microscopic evaluation of the ear contents.

Spay and Neuter Surgery Packages

Our spay/neuter packages are provided as a service to the community to help alleviate the pet overpopulation problem, and to be sure all pet owners have access to an affordable spay and neuter option.  These packages are designed to provide a significant value as compared to the cost of other surgeries. This page has been prepared to ensure participants understand how the program works and what is included so there are no misunderstandings.

We are a full service for-profit animal hospital.  Our hospital does not receive any grants or outside financing to perform these procedures at these low fees. We use very high quality surgery and anesthesia protocols to ensure the best outcomes. Unlike non-profit spay neuter clinics we can provide a wider range of services that your pet may need and we are available for follow up care for your pet.

It’s the best of both worlds. The affordability of a non-profit spay and neuter clinic with the support of a full service veterinary hospital. This dynamic is made possible through our partnership with the Humane Society who provide us with our facility, a referral source of patients and they help spread the word about our affordable quality care.

  • All surgeries REQUIRE a negative heartworm or FIV/FeLV status AND a current rabies vaccine AND a current client-doctor relationship.
  • All Standard Surgery packages include
    • Physical Exam
    • IV catheter
    • Pre-medication with pain and anxiety meds
    • Injectable pain medication
    • Local anesthetic for intraoperative pain control

    • Exception is feline neuters which do not receive IV catheter, IV fluids or anesthetic monitoring.
  • VIP packages include everything a standard surgery package does in addition to bloodwork AND microchip. (If pet is already microchipped OR the pet has had bloodwork performed within the last 6 months that was normal then the price may be reduced to reflect those services being waived.)
